Michael Farsace

I've spent more than 35 years running operations where food, service, and people meet — restaurants, private clubs, skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior living across multiple states. Today I'm Co-Owner of MARKE Nutrition, a Case Specific Nutrition franchise serving Northwestern Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio, where I lead business development, provider outreach, and employer wellness partnerships for our registered dietitian team. Before that, I served as a regional director for a multi-state healthcare management company, overseeing dietary operations across skilled nursing and senior living communities. Earlier in my career I was an executive chef, a restaurant owner-operator, and a private club manager — roles that taught me the same thing from different angles: an operation is only as good as the standards its people hold every day. What I bring to a leadership role is the ability to build systems, develop teams, manage budgets with discipline, and grow revenue by paying attention to what customers, residents, and partners actually need. I'm based in Erie, Pennsylvania, and I also consult through Chef Michael Enterprises on food service operations and hospitality leadership. Open to senior operations and business development leadership roles in healthcare, senior living, and hospitality.
